Canvs, Mashwork’s sentiment-analysis application, turns the Twitter conversation around a TV episode into measured audience emotion. Among the features: automated insights, a recap written from the data for each episode, covering its reactions against total tweets, five-minute “moments” with their emotion and representative tweets, the top emotions and what drove them, top hashtags, mentions, influencers and most-retweeted tweets, and how the episode ranked across the season (“Episode 4 received the 2nd most love reactions this season”).
